There is no water in the park, so dog owners should bring some along for their pet. Dog owners are allowed no more than two pets at a time, they must clean up after their pet, and they must keep Fido leashed until inside the enclosure.

Pets must have a tag issued by the SPA de l'Estrie if they are a resident of the City of Sherbrooke, if they reside outside of Sherbrooke, they must have a valid license issued by their municipality. If their municipality does not require a license, the dog must have a tag with their owner's address, number and identity listed. The park is accessible via Rue Ponton.

The Park is located inside Parc du Barrage and features benches, waste containers, and clean-up bags.
