    Tioga Segment (Miles 1-16) The Tioga Segment (Miles 1-16) of North Umpqua Trail is a pet-friendly path in Idleyld Park, OR. It's a moderately easy, 15.7-mile hike that will take about 6 hours to complete with Fido. This section of the North Umpqua Trail sits at the lowest elevation, but is also the longest and toughest.
