Pet Friendly Van Buren State Park
Van Buren State Park Van Buren State Park in South Haven, MI, is a great place to walk the dog-friendly trails and enjoy a picnic with Fido. Please note that dogs aren't permitted on specified areas of the beach within the state park boundaries. All pups must be on leash no longer than 6' and clean-up is required. Mt. Tabor Trails Stretch your legs and paws on the 3.6-mile, dog-friendly Mt. Tabor Trails that connects two wineries: Tabor Hill Winery in Buchanan, MI and Round Barn Estate. Access is available during business hours to three different trail routes at either winery. The routes range from easy to hard, with the shortest route being 1.3 miles. Guests are encouraged to purchase food and drinks to bring along on their hike. Please leash and clean up after your pets. Both wineries allow dogs, but please note that Tabor Hill Winery is only pet friendly from May through October. See Details
