Cloudland Canyon State Park The scenic Cloudland Canyon State Park in Rising Fawn, GA, is located on the western end of Lookout Mountain, offering views from elevations as high as 1,980 feet. The park also boasts two cascading waterfalls are located along the Waterfalls Trail. Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash 6 feet or shorter; however, they are not allowed in or around historic sites, lodges, group camps, or swimming areas.
