Dog Eco Hike & Trail Cleanup - Big Horn Mine

Bring Fido out for this fun morning; Trash Free Earth and Frankie Pup on a Dog Eco Hike & Trail Cleanup at Big Horn Mine. Eco Hike is what Trash Free Earth are calling their educational Leave No Trace hikes. Hike and learn about Leave No Trace knowledge in a fun educational way. Pick-up any litter you see along the hike. This event will focus on trail etiquette when adventuring with man's best friend. Total Distance: ~4 miles (roundtrip) Difficulty: Easy (w/ some inclines) Elevation gain: ~650 Feet Hikers of all ages welcomed. Hikers under 13 years of age must come with an adult. Dog must be on leash at all times. Please only bring your dog if he/she is ok with being around a lot of people and other dogs. Don't forget their water and doggy bags. Please make sure you include them in your RSVP under dog rsvp (helps manage dog capacity). Parking: Adventure Pass Needed (You can purchase this for $5 at Big Five or REI)
