Description
Explore downtown with your pet while trick or treating at participating shops during this Halloween costume contest! All friendly pets are welcome, and registration will occur at Hollywood Wardrobe Connection at the start of the event. Then, visit the participating shops that will cast votes for their favorite costumes in categories including cutest, funniest, most original, and scariest. Contest winners will be announced on the 2nd St Mall stage at 2:00 PM.
