Hi Tor Animal Care Center is happy to announce its second annual Barktoberfest, a sponsored dog walk and festival featuring king or queen of the walk, live entertainment, costume contests, games, prizes, food, training demonstrations, pet adoptions, a mobile groomer, microchipping for your dog, animal communicators, pet-oriented booths, and so much more! Kakiat Park - Directions: From Suffern follow Route 202 east. Entrance on left side opposite Viola Elementary School Parking: At park entrance on Route 202. For more info please visit www.hitor.org.
