Purple Leash 5K & Fun Run

Mark your calendars for Purple Leash 5K & Fun Run! This dog friendly event will be held from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM on October 11, 2026 at Purina Event Center in Gray Summit, MO. Admission is varied by registration, starting at $35, and advance registration is required. Visit Website

Description

Lace up and leash up for this annual event that offers both a competitive chip-timed 5K (with separate divisions for humans and dog-human teams) and a more relaxed 1-mile fun run/walk. Participants are encouraged to don purple attire (for both humans and pups!) in support of the Purple Leash Project, a collaboration between Purina and RedRover helping domestic violence shelters become pet friendly.
