Celebrate the sparkle, style and spirit of Dolly-inspired creativity at this family- and dog-friendly festival filled with live music, art, shopping, food and community fun. Guests are encouraged to dress in their best rhinestone-covered looks while exploring themed markets, costume contests, performances, interactive activities, and special events throughout the neighborhood.
