Dog Events in Pinecliffe, CO

Bring your furry running buddy along for this fun annual race! Choose from the 10K run, the shorter 5K trot, or the untimed 2K toddle. About 1.5 miles of the 5K and 10K courses are on crushed gravel, with the rest on smooth concrete. Awards will be given to the top three men and women overall (by gun time) and the top three in each age group (by chip time). The top 10 finishers in the 2K Toddle will also earn recognition!

This fun run welcomes all levels of walkers, runners, and joggers, as well as leashed dogs. All in-person participants receive a free craft brew, a slice of pie, your choice of a collector’s pint glass or seasonal swag item from the Brewery Running Series, a chance to win door prizes, and access to event festivities like live music and vendors.

Owners are invited to bring their two- and four-legged children out for a photo with Santa during this annual event. Visitors can use their own cameras or phones to snap pictures. There will be lots of animals, including horses and donkeys. If you have an animal that does not respond well in crowded areas or around large animals, this may not be an ideal event for your pet.

Santa will be available for photos and visits with Fido at the base of the Grand Staircase on four special Monday evenings this holiday season. Pets must be leashed or in a pet carrier, and reservations are highly encouraged.
