Fully renovated 3BR/2BA home with stylish, comfy furniture and bamboo floors. The chef’s kitchen has quartzite counters, high-end appliances, and a breakfast nook. The living room features Apple TV and a theater-style screen. The plush Master Bedroom has a King bed and a deluxe bath with a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and twin marble vanity. Two guest bedrooms: one with a King bed, the other with full bunk beds and a daybed. Patio, grill, fire pit, hot tub. Near parks, trails, and downtown Douglas.
THE SPACE
A true “one-of-a-kind” home, this gorgeous 3-bedroom/2-bath vacation rental has been fully renovated and offers great natural lighting, elegant yet comfy furniture, stylish accents, and bamboo flooring.
The chef's kitchen has quartzite countertops, high-end appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook. The posh living room features a projector screen connected to Apple TV for theater-style viewing, and a billiard table with window views of the wooded property outside.
All three bedrooms offer cozy, comfortable living spaces with crisp, high-quality linens, plush pillows, and tasteful decor that creates a serene atmosphere. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful and pleasant experience for all guests.

The primary ensuite has a soaker tub, tiled walk-in shower, and twin-sink marble vanity. The guest full bath has a quartz-topped vanity and walk-in shower.
The outdoor amenities include a patio with a barbecue grill, fire pit, and hot tub. The home is located near parks, playgrounds, pickleball courts, nature trails, and downtown Douglas, known for its excellent art galleries, restaurants, and boutiques.
Located along what has become known as the “Art Coast of Michigan,” the charming town of Douglas offers you not only the stunning shoreline of Lake Michigan—backed by magnificent natural beauty—but also an art-lover’s paradise rich with culture and creature comforts, great restaurants, and vacation-oriented amenities. Whether you and your guests are seeking relaxation, adventure, a dive into the arts, or amazing culinary delights, this town has something for everyone.
At nearby Douglas Beach, take a leisurely stroll along the pristine shores of Lake Michigan or simply enjoy some rest and relaxation beneath an umbrella while lying on a beach blanket. Or head over to neighboring Oval Beach (in Saugatuck), which was ranked “One of the Top 25 Beaches in the World” by Conde Nast Traveler magazine!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or your party members, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
For guests bringing pets, we welcome up to 2 dogs, as we recognize that pets are part of the family. All pets must be authorized at the time of booking—please email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
