Welcome to Cottages of Tannin 11, a beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home nestled in the Villages of Tannin in Orange Beach, Alabama. This charming coastal retreat features high-end decor, open-concept living, and access to a community pool and private beach access just across the street. The Space – Sleeps 6 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, serene soft-blue decor, mounted flatscreen TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, coastal-inspired design, mounted flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a beautifully tiled tub and shower combo.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa, stylish seating including a love seat and swivel chairs, accent shiplap wall, and a large flatscreen TV for entertainment.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Featuring stainless steel appliances, winter white cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, utensils, and a toaster for all your cooking needs.
Stylish Living & Dining Areas: The open-concept space includes a chic glass-top dining table with seating for four, additional bar seating for two, and a cozy lounge area for relaxing with family and friends.
Parking: Driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles.
Pet-Friendly: Dogs up to 25 lbs. are welcome with a $250 pet fee (not included in the reservation total).

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) vehicles allowed. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
