The Space:

This room has been transformed into a selfie studio with a fun gold backdrop, tripod, ring light and props for your fun weekend snaps!
Ground floor
Kitchen / Dining area comprising of:
Kitchen area
Contemporary kitchen with marble worktops, integrated appliances, five ring gas hob, double oven as well as a microwave combination oven. There is plenty of work space and with the kitchen being fully equipped, preparing a meal for a large group will be no hassle. A utility room at the rear houses the fridge-freezer along with a separate under counter fridge.
Dining area
Large extendable tables with chairs and benches form the dining area where 22 guests can socialise and dine together. The 50" smart TV with karaoke machine means you won't need to leave the house for your fun! With the cosy nook and vintage bar area at the end of the room, you can shake up a cocktail and nestle into the wall garden for the perfect Instagram shot.
Bathroom 1
A marbled wet room with shower, wash basin and a toilet can be found at the rear.

At the back of the dining area are two fridges and access to the marble wet room.
First floor
Bathroom 2: Mezzanine level
Bathroom with marble tiles, free standing bath and shower above, wash basin with mirror above and WC.
Living Room
Bright and elegant, the living room attracts with its statement chandelier, citrus yellow ceiling and stylish soft furnishings and monochrome accessories. Three corner sofas convert into double sofa beds by night which can sleep further six guests. The large footstools serve as extra seating perfect for larger group gatherings for drinks and nibbles or games nights.
Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2)
Double bedroom with a blow dry bar and Hollywood make up mirror. A free standing hanging rail and a bedside table with drawers provide storage for your belongings.
Second floor
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4)
Two double beds dressed in monochrome cushions and throws with painted grey floor boards and colourful prints. Mirror on the back of the door and a hanging rail for your belongings.
Bedroom 3: (sleeps 8)
Spacious bedroom with large windows, painted floor boards, pale blue ceilings and an eye-catching chandelier. Four double beds sleep eight in white crisp linen and contemporary cushions and throws.
Third floor
Bedroom 4: (sleeps 2)
Gorgeous bedroom with its own en suite shower room and roof terrace! Double bed with bedside tables each side, contemporary wall art, tropical leaf print cushions matching and a blow dry bar with Hollywood mirror.
Bathroom 3
En suite bathroom with a good size shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside Space
The roof terrace is a great space to chill out on the rattan sofa and chairs on a summer's evening with a glass of bubbly. The views over the city's rooftops to the north and the sea to the south.
