Forget about all of your worries & take time to relax with no agenda at this charming beach bungalow! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!
Daytona International Speedway is only 10 mins away! (4 miles)
We will be available each day for any needs, recommendations or to show you around the house.
Excellent location with easy access to all of the attractions, restaurants and bars. You are one house off of Main Street which makes it a prime location for events, especially Bike Week & Biketoberfest!
Enjoy your own tropical oasis in the back yard including a patio table with chairs and outdoor couches. **GARAGE STORAGE FOR MOTORCYCLES GREAT FOR BIKEWEEK & BIKETOBERFEST**
Walk to the Daytona Lagoon water park & miniature golf just around the corner from the house (5min walk)! Also within walking distance are multiple restaurants, Starbucks, our favorite surf shop in Daytona, movie theater and for more permanent memories, tattoo shops! :) You can get many places by walking or biking (many bike rental places around), but if you would like to venture over to the Daytona International Speedway, major shopping or to Ponce Inlet you will need to rent a car.
Plenty of private parking for 4 cars in the driveway along with a 1 car garage which fits 4-6 motorcycles. All dishes, cutlery and kitchen necessities will be stocked to enable you and your guests to cook full meals. A short 5-7 minute walk will get you to the beach. After a full day of fun and relaxation at the beach, get ready for some fun night life at the World Famous Daytona Beach Boardwalk filled with amusement rides and dozens of attractions for all ages!
Vacation is made easy with this fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath home which has everything you need and more! After a full day of fun in the sun at the Worlds Most Famous Beach, shower off in the luxurious showers and leisurely walk to dinner on Main Street or Daytona Beach's legendary Oceanwalk where fun awaits for the whole family! Whatever you want to do; go to the beach, ride jet skis on the river, ride your motorcycle on the strip, indulge in delicious eats, experience it all within walking distance at this one of a kind beach retreat just steps from the ocean!

Sleeps 6. 2 sets of twin over twin bunkbeds. Sofa with a pull out queen size memory foam mattress.
TV with cable package and a nightstand. Locked owner's closet
-Living Room-
Sectional sofa, Loveseat, TV, Coffee table, Smart TV with DirecTV Package and a Roku.
-Dining Room/ Kitchen-
Comfortably seats 6 at the dining room table
All pots/ pans/ silverware/ cooking utensils/ silverware, glasses, coffee mugs,
DRIP coffee maker, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and large sink
Door leading to the back patio is in the kitchen as well as an entrance door for the garage.

Located in the hallway between the 3 bedrooms. It has a tub, shower, vanity and toilet.
-Bathroom 2-
Located next to the kitchen with the washer and dryer as well as a shower, toilet and vanity. No tub in bathroom 2.
-Laundry Room-
Washer and dryer are in bathroom 2
-Backyard-
Fully fenced in. Overlooking the river in the distance across a parking lot behind the house.
Mostly paved back porch with outdoor furniture, a propane grill and outdoor dining area.
-Driveway-
2 cars wide. Fits 6 vehicles. 60’ Long and 16.5’ Wide
Parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway. There is also an enclosed garage which you can park 1 car or 6+ motorcycles. Public transportation is less than 50 feet from the house which makes getting around easy. There will rarely be a time when you will need a car, as you are within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and attractions.
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken and on a leash at all times when outside.
There is a tire business next door, so just be sure not to park in their parking lot. You’ll occasionally hear them changing a tire & noise from next door.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
The water view in the picture is of the river, not the Ocean.
Filtered water and Ice maker are available at this property.
$25 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
