Step into our chic living area, your personal retreat for those relaxing evenings. Sink into our provided plush furnishings while catching up on your favorite show on our smart TV. If you prefer a quiet night in, reach for a novel from our collection and enjoy the calm ambiance as you unwind.
The cozy bedroom, complete with luxurious linens and fluffy pillows, promises a restful night's sleep. Sophistication meets comfort as you step into a tastefully designed bathroom, fitted with high-end amenities, a tiled shower, and pleasing lighting to make your morning and evening routines an exquisite experience.
For cooking enthusiasts, our kitchen provides an ideal combination of functionality and style. Start your morning by creating a delightful breakfast with our modern appliances and cooking basics in a space bathed in warm sunlight.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay. Our property is well-shielded by the main house ensuring your privacy, and a smart lock system facilitates easy check-ins. With abundant parking space available on the premises, along with additional free street parking options, your road trip stopovers will be a breeze.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet. Not a busy street. Neighbors on either side of the home are nice and polite. Neighbors do have dogs and roosters in their backyards that bark and crock when they see or hear movement on the back street.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking in the rear next to this unit. We extended the driveway to fit multiple cars as well as trucks with boats.
Other Things to Note:
Our location is an ideal gateway to experience Decatur's beloved parks and cultural sites like Point Mallard Park, Delano Park, Cook Museum of Natural Science, and more. Winter adds an additional touch of enchantment, with snowy walks through Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center or Rhodes Ferry Park, making it the ideal scenery for the upcoming Valentine's Day, followed by St. Patrick's Day and Memorial Day celebrations.
The local culinary landscape offers a plethora of restaurants and bars fulfilling all your gastronomical desires. Try out traditional Southern comfort food or diverge for some international flavors.
To ensure a smooth stay, we are accessible whenever required. Our handyman and cleaning manager are also available for any maintenance or supply issues. To preserve our peaceful environment, we kindly ask you not to dispose of anything other than tissues in the toilet and mind your pet's cleanliness.
