It is the first and only holistic spa resort in the northern plains of India. This haveli which was run in the 19th and early 20th centuries as a guest house for visiting officials from abroad was a accustomed to being frequented by royalty and eminent personalities. It is a haven of old world charm for visitors to Amritsar the Sikh holy city of the Golden Temple.
