This spectacular custom-built mountain home has one of the best locations available, conveniently located only 0.8 miles from the Angel Fire ski basin, making this premium home close to all the action – skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, etc. Close to town, yet nestled in a secluded forest, that makes for breath-taking views in all directions. The scenery is sure to amaze, as you look out down the valley from the soaring windows and private deck. The patio and deck provide exceptional viewing for wildlife during all seasons. The outdoor areas include furniture, a professional-grade Viking gas grill, and a hot tub. Whether you are grilling burgers and dogs like BBQ royalty or soaking in the hot tub enjoying the crystal-clear night sky, this amazing home will create lasting memories for years to come.
Back inside, you and your guests will delight in the 'Top Chef' kitchen, which includes a large granite island, professional state-of-the-art appliances, a wine fridge, two sinks, and two dishwashers. The open kitchen and dining rooms provide ample room for gathering - seating for 12 at the large dining table and four more at the island countertop. This mountain chalet with a professionally designed interior includes top-of-the-line furnishings throughout. The main living area features comfy sofas, a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, and a large 4K smart TV, creating the perfect place to watch the big game (or ski report) while you soak in the stellar mountain views.
A truly welcoming home that is very "family-friendly" with several upgraded features that other rentals in the area don't offer, including a completely equipped chef's kitchen, kids' dinnerware, portable crib, changing pad, diaper pail, baby monitors, and slumber pod. Your furry friends are part of the family too! Dog bowls, beds, and two crates (medium size) are available for your convenience. Wall-mounted 4K smart TVs throughout the home to stream your favorite online shows, an assortment of board games, 24-hour check-in, and FREE wireless high-speed fiber optic internet.
The master bedroom is on the main floor and furnished with a king bed and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The large walk-in closet stores a fold-away twin bed. Make your way upstairs where there is a coffee bar and a small deck with seating for two. There are two more bedrooms on this upper level. The first bedroom has a king bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has his and her sinks, a walk-in shower, and a closet with a fold-away twin bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo. The walk-in closet stores an additional fold-away twin bed.
Downstairs you will find a second living room/game room complete with a foosball table, and smart TV. Right off of the game room is the fourth bedroom furnished with two sets of twin over double bunk beds. Guests can access the fourth bathroom from the bedroom or the living room. This level also has a mudroom with plenty of space, which also has a ping-pong table - for the days you want to stay inside, host a ping-pong tournament! The heating system for this chalet is radiant in-floor heat with new state-of-the-art climate controls. Throughout the year, all the wood and tile floors are continuously warm, which feels especially terrific during the frigid winter season. There's also air conditioning (a rarity in Angel Fire) so you can stay cool during the dog days of summer. You won't have to pack dirty clothes when departing. Run a quick load of wash in the full laundry area with the clothes washer/dryer.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

During the winter months, please keep in mind you are traveling to the mountains. All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
