Newly built, the home seamlessly flows from indoor to outdoor entertaining areas. Play a game of pool, throw some darts or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco before cosying up around the fire pit. The home boasts heating and cooling, two designer bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen.

Stepping inside, you’ll be instantly drawn by this property’s sleek finishes, with zone ducted air conditioning throughout and smart lighting to set the mood. An ultra-modern stone kitchen is kitted with top-quality appliances and a central island bench. Enjoy your meals at the eight-seater timber table or step out into the large patio with an outdoor fan and ceiling heating over al fresco dining with a BBQ—plus a fire pit.
The home offers two separate living areas with flat screen TVs and plush seating, plus a games room with a pool table, foosball table, dart board and Netflix. There is also a dedicated workspace in the kitchen for those working from home.
The primary bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite replete with his-and-her vanities. The second and third bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes for storing your belongings. The main bathroom is kept pristine with a walk-in shower, double sinks and a soaker bathtub where you can unwind after a busy day of exploring Mudgee. There is also a separate powder room with a toilet and hand basin. Your group will enjoy the convenience of in-house laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

You’ll also find stunning heritage streetscapes and museums; dive deeper into the region’s natural beauty with a kayak on Cudgegong River or escape the town lights and tour the night sky at Mudgee Observatory.
Butcher Shop Café is a local favourite for good coffee, while the Warakirri Dining Experience at Indigiearth offers an unforgettable experience of dining with cultural encounters. Before heading home, shop at High Valley Cheese Co, Mudgee’s own artisanal cheesemaker, or if you catch the third Saturday of the month, St Mary’s Catholic Church is the ‘flagship’ for clusters of proud farmers offering up the best of their produce.
