Located on a charming street with historic homes, & only a short 2-block walk to a bakery, coffee shops, fine dining and shopping. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck, take a hike in the nearby riverside park, visit the sights and thrills of Richmond, come home to relax with some games & more! Be sure to bring your dog along - we are dog friendly!

This stylish apartment has two bedrooms - the first with a king size bed and the second with a full size bed.
Boasting one full bathroom, a full-sized kitchen for all of your prepping and cooking needs, a living room, dining area, back deck to enjoy your morning coffee on, and a washer and dryer for you to utilize.
The home is located on the lower level of the house.
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy minus an owner's closet.

This listing is perfect for the outdoor lover! There are running and biking trails just around the corner at the James River Park system and the Forest Hill Park. Fish for smallmouth bass, tan on the warm river rocks or float the historic James River, only a quarter mile away. Multiple public access points including Pony Pasture, Huguenot Flatwater and Reedy Creek. A great three-four hour tubing or kayaking float runs from Pony Pasture put in to Reedy Creek, both less than 3-9 minutes away from this home. Texas Beach, a popular local hangout on the James River, is just over the bridge on the north side.
You’re only a ten minute drive to The Fan, Carytown, and Museum District. Just over the bridge, take a stroll around Byrd Park or the beautiful gardens of Maymont. Also only 10 minutes to all of the sights and sounds of Downtown Richmond and Shockoe Bottom. Chesterfield and Midlothian are only a 15-20 minute drive, as well.
It's only a 5 minute walk to a bakery, coffee shop, pizza spot and fine dining; 10 minute walk to hiking and mountain bike trails in Forest Hill Park.
Richmond is home to over twenty breweries! If you are a beer lover, you’re in luck. Several of these are within 10-15 minutes of a drive. Legend Brewery, Richmond’s original Brewery is just a 4 minute drive away and offers a great view of the river and city skyline. Veil Brewing Co. is a 3 minute drive away! Experience local music and great brews.

AVAILABILITY: Our calendar is up to date and accurate. If your requested dates are showing as available, you are welcome to proceed with your booking!

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable.
!****For your awareness, exterior security camera(s) are in place and actively record the property's exterior, public-facing areas at all times—including during reservations. Please note that there are no cameras located inside the home or in any private areas.****!
-Check-in time is 4:00pm.
-Check-out time is 10:00am.
-Quiet hours are between 10pm to 9am.
-No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking indoors is detected.
-Dogs are allowed. Please clean up after your dog. Please, no pets on furniture or beds. Pick up all droppings from the yard. Additional cleaning fee may be charged for excess pet hair, damage, or droppings in the yard due to pets.
-Please set the air-conditioning to 65 degrees (winter months) & 74 degrees (summer months) on departure.
-Please dispose of all trash upon departure into exterior trash cans around back.
-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet.
-Please strip used beds of sheets and pillow cases and put used towels, sheets & pillow cases in laundry baskets.
-Please clean dishes prior to departure.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition. Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
