This gorgeous home sits on a 1/2 acre land peninsula, with only one abutting neighbor on the back side of our back yard. The perimeter of the entire back yard has many pine trees for privacy and a fantastic yard for kids to play in.
Off the kitchen, there is a huge deck with lounge seating and a matching table and chairs for 8 guests. A spacious and fun area for casual outdoor dinners or get-togethers. The deck features a new propane fire pit for cool Maine evenings.
A stone patio next to the deck features a brand new 7-person therapeutic massage hot tub. There is also a covered porch off the great room area with additional lounge seating and a brand new large SS gas grill.
Gorgeous, very large and private yard is the perfect outdoor sanctuary.
Private access to sandy and absolutely gorgeous Casino Beach, considered the prettiest beach in Cape Elizabeth. Note that because our beach is a private neighborhood beach, you have special privileges not offered at public beaches, such as open alcohol and the ability to have bonfires for roasting hot dogs or marshmallows.
This home is the perfect sanctuary for your family during your vacation, whether you enjoy being indoors or out. Located in a very peaceful setting, the home offers everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental home. Walk to our gorgeous private neighborhood beach or to Willard Beach. Walk to the Portland Headlight and 80-acre Fort Williams Park, with multiple walking trails and a cliff walk, in just 10 minutes. Gorgeous private neighborhood beach.
This home is also an easy walk to the restaurants, bakeries, ice cream and the gourmet food shops at the border of Cape Elizabeth and the Willard Beach neighborhood.
