Welcome to The Francis, a luxurious haven where every bedroom has a king-sized bed with comfortable bedding and a dedicated work area.
On the main level, two king bedrooms await you.
*The Master Suite:
Bedroom1, is the epitome of comfort and luxury, with a king bed and a premium mattress you won’t want to leave! With a 50-inch 4K smart TV, workstation, and an en-suite bathroom, you'll have everything you need to relax and unwind. The bathroom features double sinks and large LED mirrors, a large walk-in closet, a walk-in luxury shower, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate toilet area. But that's not all - a beautiful barn door leads to a hidden dressing area, complete with a vanity, comfortable stool, and baby items such as pack n play, and a space to hang your outfits for a night out!
*Bathroom 2:
Powder room/ half bath with LED mirror is on the main level too.
*Bedroom 2:
If you're not relaxing in the master suite, Bedroom 2 on the main floor is equally comfortable, with a premium king bed, a closet, and a workstation. Every room has table lamps with charging ports and dark out blinds.
*Kitchen:
Get ready to unleash your inner chef at our Francis space! The fully equipped kitchen on the main floor has everything you need for your culinary creations, from pots and pans to utensils, plates, and bowls. Whether you're in the mood for a martini or a glass of wine, we've got you covered with our bar kit, wine glasses, and martini glasses. And with an induction stove, oven, toaster oven, and microwave, the possibilities are endless! Don't forget about the fully stocked coffee area with a Keurig and French press to fuel your mornings. Oh, and did we mention the movie house popcorn machine and ice machine? And for those who like to stay hydrated, we've got a filtration jug too. With a spacious walk-in pantry and fire extinguisher on the kitchen counter, the Francis space truly has it all!
* Dining room:
Gather around the table with your loved ones and savor a delicious meal in the comfort of the main floor dining room. With cozy chairs and custom cushions on the window seats, you'll never want to leave. And if you need more seating, the kitchen bar is equipped with two high-end bar stools, perfect for casual conversations over cocktails. So come together and create unforgettable memories in this inviting space.
*Living room:
Relax and unwind in style at the Francis' luxurious living room. Relax on the designer couch or settle into one of the plush seats for intimate conversations with loved ones. Enjoy your favorite movies or TV shows on the 65-inch 4K smart TV, creating an immersive viewing experience. Whether you're in the mood for relaxation or entertainment, the Francis' living room has got you covered.
* Laundry room:
Wash away your worries and keep your clothes fresh during your stay at the Francis. Our laundry room on the main floor is fully equipped with a washer and dryer, soap and softener for all your laundry needs. No need to worry about wrinkled clothes either, as an ironing board and iron are located in the coat closet by the main foyer. We've got you covered with cleaning supplies as well, conveniently located in the kitchen pantry.
* Gym:
Second level features a dedicated gym with a Norditrack treadmill, yoga area with mats, blocks and resistance bands.
*Bedroom 3:
Second floor has a large bedroom with a king bed, large walk in closet and workstation.
*Bathroom 3:
Indulge in ultimate comfort in the upstairs full bathroom at the Francis, equipped with a shower and tub combo and not one, but two sinks! You'll love the convenience of LED mirrors, and bathing your little ones is made super easy with the overhead rain shower and hand shower in the tub.
*Game room:
Looking for some fun and games? Look no further than the second level game room at the Francis! Whether you're in the mood for a friendly game of pool, a classic arcade experience with the 60 game machine, or some family-friendly board games and cards, we've got you covered. And for the little ones, there's even a dedicated area with books, toys, and seating for endless hours of entertainment.
*Backyard:
Step outside into the backyard and experience the perfect outdoor gathering spot! You'll find a cozy sitting area with a fire pit and grill combo, complete with all the tools you need for the perfect cookout. For some friendly competition, try your hand at corn hole or horseshoe. And don't worry about bringing any gear - the BBQ and s'more equipment, along with gloves, can be found in the kitchen closet next to the stove.
*Closets:
Coat closet in the main foyer has ample hangers, iron, iron board, some cleaning supplies. All bedroom closets have hangers, laundry baskets and luggage racks.
*Fiber optic internet, so you can work and play!!*
2 car garage has EV charger, another 4 car parking in the driveway.

*** Pool Rules***
*Remove the black cover and stow away properly on the deck.
*Do Not place the cover on the grass.
*No Diving, No Running.
* No food, No glass.
*Persons with open lesions or wounds are prohibited from entering the pool.
*Persons with skin, eye, ear or respiratory infections are prohibited from entering the pool.
*No animals are allowed in the pool.
*All minors should be monitored by grown ups around the pool.
* Please put the cover back on pool after each use.
*Ph and water testing equipment is in the garage closet along with pool chemicals to adjust PH and alkalinity of the pool.
*Owners / hosts are not responsible for any injury and/ or death on our premises.
