Yes! You CAN see the dock from most every area within the home!
Open great room with plenty of comfy furniture to relax and many windows allowing for natural sunlight and views of the Smith Mountain Lake. Living room has 55" flatscreen TV w/Comcast service. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and stools at the raised countertop - plus formal dining room with enough seating for everyone! Sunroom with outdoor furniture located off the kitchen. Main level also offers a 1/2 bathroom and the master bedroom with spacious attached bathroom.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a flex room - 1 with a king bed, 2 with 2 twins each and the fourth bedroom with 2 sets of triple bunk beds (bunks do not have side rails). There's also a family room with flatscreen TV and direct access to the lakeside patio.
Flat walkway to SANDY BEACH and dock. Floating dock available for boat tie-up, jet ski port, electricity and lights.
The quiet, no-wake cove allows for the perfect spot for floating!
Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use.
Open, flat yard offers great space for children to play and for yard games (cornhole boards available). Gas grill, FIRE-PIT and CANOE & PADDLEBOARD available for tenant use.

ITEMS TO BRING: Lake towels, trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels), detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight, extension cord (if needing to charge batteries at the dock), firewood for fire-pit, life jackets.
Items NOT to bring: Worries & stress.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. The first charge will be the VRBO Service Fee* and the second charge will be $200 which is collected by Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC. From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.
