The Domaine de l'Etang is located at the entrance to the Plage de l'Étang which is only 2 km from the center of Vieux-Habitants. Its direction is very well indicated from the RN2.
Formed by pebbles and black sands, Plage de l'Etang is a very beautiful beach which has kept all its wild and authentic character, but also above all, has an abundant fauna dominated by a high concentration of crabs of different species: crabs white, touloulous, zagayas, sirik crabs, etc. As its name suggests, this beach is crossed by a large pond which rises in the heights of the Soufriere, and flows into the Caribbean Sea.
The beach of the pond is equipped with carbets, toilets and showers, arranged in the open air, and can also be the starting point for a very beautiful hike along the coast, leading to the town of Old inhabitants, passing through the coconut groves.

1 large living room of 33 m2 with an authentic fully equipped kitchen with cupboards made of real local wood, a large work surface, fridge, hob, extractor host, etc. ;

The Zagaya Gîte:
With the same standing as its predecessor, the Zagaya gîte offers you, thanks to its 91 m2 of total area, both large spaces and a high level of layout and comfort:
2 double bedrooms, air-conditioned, measuring 13 and 15 m2 respectively, each accommodating 2 people.
1 large living room of more than 28 m2, also accompanied by an authentic fully equipped kitchen with cupboards made of real wood from the country, a large work surface, fridge, hob, extractor host, etc.

The Sirik Gîte:
Even more welcoming, with 4 bedrooms able to accommodate up to 8 people, the Sirik gîte is designed to accommodate groups or large families. With its 91 m2 of total surface, it is articulated on 2 levels:
- Ground floor :
2 air-conditioned double rooms of 13 m2, each able to accommodate 2 people;
1 large living room of 40 m2, also with an authentic fully equipped kitchen with real Guadeloupe wooden cupboards, a large work surface, a fridge, a hob, an aspiring host, etc. ;
