Are you looking for accommodation close to The University of Queensland? This house is walking/cycling distance or 5 minute cab ride from the University. There is a bus stop around the corner- 300 metres from the house which takes you to the city, Southbank Parklands, or the University, the Pat Rafter International Tennis Centre.
Close by there are children's playgrounds, a dog park, cafes and restaurants, train station, bus stop, shops. The home is only 5 kms (4 train stops).to Southbank Parklands, cinemas, the City Centre and the Mater and Children's Hospitals.
It is a large 2 level home, with secure garage plus extra off street parking. Spacious open plan lounge, indoor dining and kitchen, open to large deck with city views and the most desirable northerly aspect for winter sun and summer breezes.

The home is an easy 2 minute walk to the bus or 10 minute walk to the train station. 4 stops to Southbank Parklands (playgrounds, beach, restaurants and cinemas).

Downstairs: The 3 downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with separate toilet.
This level opens onto the pool and fully paved outdoor lounge area.
Garage level: Double garage which could double as extra playroom.
There are 2 separate lounges so the adults and children can enjoy their own spaces.
The upper lounge has a TV with Netflix, and the downstairs lounge has a TV with built in DVD player.
The master bedroom has a large TV.
Kitchen with dishwasher, ample storage and quality appliances including a coffee machine.(Aldi)
Front deck with Weber BBQ and outdoor setting, allow you to enjoy the city views and north aspect.
There is a garage which can be used for storage or extra playroom if preferred, as there is additional off street parking for 2 cars.

PARKING
There is a lock up remote controlled garage (or this space can be used for inside activities) and off street parking for 2 more cars. Street parking is free.
PETS.
Are welcome only if they are house trained and kept off furniture and carpeted areas. All evidence of pets having stayed must be completely cleaned including the garden area. Bond return is dependent on this.
YERONGA AREA:
A quality quiet suburb surrounded on three sides by the Brisbane River and within 6km of Brisbane City. Public transport on the doorstep. It is a pleasant walk to the Pat Rafter Tennis Centre where the Brisbane International which attracts top world ranked players, is played in January each year. There are several large parks within a few hundred metres of the house including along the Brisbane Corso. There are Children's playgrounds and dog parks within these large parks. And a beautiful walk or cycle over the Eleanor Schonell Bridge (walking, cycling and bus bridge only) to the delightful campus of the University of Queensland. The famous Brisbane Citycats (fast catamarans) leave from here for the city. Recommended!
Cycling is very popular in this lovely suburb.

BRISBANE CITY CYCLE
Brisbane has an extensive network of bikes you can register to use and travel around Brisbane. You can return the bike to any station and if your trip is under 30 minutes there is no charge. If this activity interests you, please remember to bring your helmet.

We have some guidelines as to how bookings are considered. Bookings for less than 28 nights will be considered close to your arrival time, or if your dates adjoin another booking. We can be flexible, it is always worth asking.

IMPORTANT!
Please be aware that I have a strict 'no party' and no noise after 11pm rule. Your booking implies your acceptance of this condition. I respect my neighbours and I expect that my guests will also do so. As well as this written notice, I will notify you directly prior to finalizing your stay that should my neighbours have legitimate complaints about excess noise or worries about their own security, your bond will be forfeited. I know that 99% of my guests will not have to worry but I do want to make everyone aware of my strict conditions regarding noise.
