The Thatched Cottage is a thatched-roof, detached cottage sitting on the edges of Crediton, Devon and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric range with oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for ten people. sitting room with a TV, a selection of books. The five bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a ground-floor double with basin and en-suite walk-in shower and WC, two doubles with double beds and one double with two single beds. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Please note: stairgates, highchair and travel cot are not available at this property. Outside, there is a rear garden with a gravel area, lawned area, decking, hot tub and furniture, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 1.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.7 miles, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed; however, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A charming base amongst a stunning setting, choose The Thatched Cottage. Note: there are stone steps leading to the hot tub and decking area, please take care and always supervise children outside. Note: There are steps within the property and two flights of stairs, please take care. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, cats cannot be accommodated. Town: Crediton is a lively market town a short drive north-west of Exeter's cathedral city, in a region of Devon known as "Red Devon," so named because of the characteristic red soil that is of great agricultural quality and ideal for growing swedes. This is a rural part in Devon that is peaceful and unspoiled, with ruby cattle grazing among the rolling green meadows. There are several dispersed towns with warm inns, well-stocked farm stores, and inviting residents.
