You understand that swimming, any water activity is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, and using water equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host/Owner.

The kitchen comes complete with a state-of-the-art 6-burner stove set flanked by a gorgeous marble backsplash and countertops. The hanging mason jars above the dining table evoke a warm, rustic feel that pairs well with a hearty meal. Plug your device into the projector and reminisce with your favorite memories or enjoy a captivating movie together.

The large windows also allow for you and your company to enjoy the view of the robust, resort-style backyard and dreamy lake. If natural light isn’t your thing, you can also illuminate your activities with recessed lighting installed all throughout the home.
Looking for some fresh air outdoors? You can enjoy a meal on the terrace while basking in the sunset or watch the sunrise over the water in our pool/hot tub area. Please note the heated pool is an additional fee. Let your resident grill master craft savory meals in our full grilling area as everyone else enjoys cold drinks at the outdoor bar.

Any kids on vacation can stay active too by playing on our gated playground in the yard.
