We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
Please feel free to contact us through the booking app before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Colorado Springs has frequently been touted as one of the best places to live in the country! It has a small town feel with big city amenities. Find yourself just steps away from downtown, where you can explore a wealth of coffee shops, restaurants, rock climbing spots, bike trails, art galleries, museums, craft beer, and a whole lot more!
A short drive away, you can explore Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

As a guest, you will have access to the entire upper floor of this duplex property with a dedicated entrance, providing privacy and comfort during your stay. You will have the entire top floor to yourself. Please note the backyard and laundry amenities are shared with the neighboring unit. If you are traveling with a large group, both units can be rented together for added space and privacy.
On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district.

You breathe in the quiet of the upper duplex, a calm retreat where city energy softens into stillness. The air carries a hint of mountain breeze, and the day ahead stretches open with trails, parks, and downtown just minutes away.
Living spaces
Inside, vintage character meets everyday comfort. The bright living room invites you to sink into the sofa and stream your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV. Large windows frame the Colorado sun while a blend of antique touches and modern updates give the space a timeless feel.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen provides everything you need to prepare simple meals or late-night snacks. Stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave sit alongside a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and hot water kettle. There’s space to cook, dine, and linger over your morning coffee before heading out to explore.
Sleeping arrangements
Two serene bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed with memory foam mattresses and soft linens. Natural light fills both rooms, while room-darkening shades and extra blankets offer a quiet, restful atmosphere. Whether you’re here for a short getaway or an extended stay, each space is designed for comfort and calm.
Bathroom
The single bathroom continues the home’s Victorian character with a clawfoot tub and shower combo, freestanding vanity, and classic details. After a day of hiking or sightseeing, unwind with a hot bath surrounded by the charm of the home’s original design. Bathroom essentials such as towels, soap, and shampoo are provided.
Outdoor living
Step outside to a shared, fully fenced yard where you can relax under open skies or enjoy fresh air with your pet. The laundry area, accessed through a separate entrance, makes post-adventure cleanups simple. While the yard is secure, pets should not be left unattended, as the fence may not contain high-jumping dogs.
Amenities
This pet-friendly home includes Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, and a private entrance. Safety features such as exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit provide peace of mind.
Neighborhood
Located just steps from downtown Colorado Springs, the home offers easy access to local parks, hiking trails, and mountain views. Explore nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops, or take a short drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.
If you are not able to rent a car or drive–no worries! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.
***PLEASE NOTE*** You are renting the upper level unit of a duplex and stairs are required to access this suite. This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main floor and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks. Kindly note the living areas in this unit are small. There is a dining table in the corner of the room that seats about 2–3 people.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. There is NO central AC in this unit.
The backyard and laundry amenities are shared amenities. To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located on the side of the house.
For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.
Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.
