- Noise must be minimized after 10 pm to respect neighbors
- Non-compliance can result in removal of guests without refund and a $500 fee
- No smoking or vaping allowed indoors or outdoors within the apartment complex
- Violations of the smoking policy incur a $200 cleaning fee

Getting Around:
Braddon is very central to Canberra and within minutes to the Canberra City, you can use the tram, share scooters, ubers/ taxi and buses.
We have secure basement parking and their is also street parking available.
Other Things to Note:
Brand new apartment complex in the heart of the Braddon. The unit has full internal laundry facilities. Washing machine, dryer and drying rack.
Lost key and remote are expensive to replace as it’s an apartment complex. Should guest misplace them a replacement fee will be charged.
