This elegant 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home can sleep 16+ people with two king suites, a double queen suite, and 2 full-size double bunk beds in the kid’s room! A pack n’ play and toddler mattress is available, too!

-A rental contract must be signed & each guest’s name must be provided

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
There are five designer bedrooms spread throughout the townhome, each boasting unique decor, comfortable mattresses, and beddings to create private retreats for ultimate relaxation.
The master suite has a King size bed, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. This room offers exclusive access to the patio, so you can sneak out in the morning and enjoy coffee with a view. You will enjoy the privacy of the en-suite bathroom that this bedroom has to offer.
Bedroom two is a spacious and airy sleeping space complete with a comfortable soft King size bed, cozy lounge chair, and a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom three is a calming blend of blues and whites, complete with a 2 Queen size beds and a large window that allows plenty of natural light in. Bedroom #3 and #4 share a jack and jill style bathroom
The fourth bedroom blends pops of color in fun kid area that includes 2 full-size double bunk bed, two sitting blocks, and an Apple smart TV. This is where the toddler mattress is also located.
Bedroom five/ Office includes a Queen size murphy bed and bookshelf. If you are ready to get a little work done, the bed folds up neatly into the wall and you will have a desk and office chair for your use. Please note this room doesn't have an actual door but has black out curtains that can be pulled shut across the room opening to create privacy.

This townhome is designed to give large groups all of the space and amenities they need. It offers three luxurious bathrooms (and an additional half bath!). All of the bathrooms share a common color scheme and aesthetic, expertly combining glass, wood, chrome, and natural elements to create a calming place to unwind from a busy day. The dreamy bathrooms feature tub/shower combo or walk in shower behind glass doors, elegant vanities, and hotel-quality towels.

The first thing you will notice about the kitchen is the simple clean elegance. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, decorative Edison lights, stylish tiled backsplash, and all of the dishes, appliances, and kitchen essentials you will need to make a homemade meal.
You will find custom cabinets, granite counters, and a center island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Make tea in the tea kettle, pop bread in the toaster, or hit start on the Keurig coffee maker and enjoy breakfast outside or grab one of the four rustic bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The living room is an open concept space in the middle of the home, where big groups can spend time together without feeling crowded. Kids will love the Nintendo Switch and movie night is awesome on the 75” TV! This area offers one extra-large sofa sectional, a traditional coffee table, and a gigantic 75" TV. Whatever show you are currently bingeing, you will be able to find it on this Apple TV. Need to get some work done? Prop open your laptop anywhere in the house and connect to the high-speed Wifi!

When you stay here, you will have the entire townhouse to yourself. You have access to all of the rooms and amenities, and there is a two-car garage for private parking. You will be given a key code to access the front door, and you will have access to all of Zion Village’s resort-style amenities.
This home is family-friendly and comes equipped with toys, books, kids' activities, a pack n’ play, a highchair, and games. Families can spend their days playing foosball, basketball, or ping pong. From here you are close to local golf courses and just a short walk from the community’s pool, hot tub, and lazy river! You are also close to local restaurants, breweries, cafes, coffee shops, trendy boutiques, and some of the area’s most popular parks.

Our rental property is in an excellent location just 25 minutes from Zion National Park. Zion is known for its stunning red rock formations and is a sought-after destination for camping and hiking. We're also located within the small town of Hurricane, which was originally settled by pioneers and now has a charming small-town feel with excellent local cafes and shopping. We're also a short drive away from St. George, which is located near the border of Utah and Nevada. Our property's central location makes it one of the perfect vacation rentals St George visitors deserve. It’s truly a perfect paradise.

While our attached townhouses are great for big groups, our separate guest suites ensure that everyone has plenty of privacy. Each suite has its own private bathroom. Each townhouse has a living and dining space, as well as a laundry room and dishwasher. There's also WiFi and Hulu TV to help you stay connected.
***There is 1 security cameras located on the outside front of the property. It is activated by motion.
***Unless there are extenuating circumstances all pools are heated to 80 degrees and the hot tubs to 102 degrees year-round.
***We are located in the town of Hurricane. Named rightfully so since the wind does tend to blow pretty good some days.
***We do our absolute best to keep the property and surrounding yard clean, well-maintained, pest-controlled, and in good working order for each guest's stay. Despite our best efforts, there may be an occasional critter sighting inside or outside of the house such as: ants, spiders, moths, flies, mosquitos, and cockroaches. Outside in the yard, you may also see birds, rabbits, snakes, scorpions, lizards, squirrels, mice, and bats.
On rare occasions, there may be an item in the house such as an appliance, a piece of furniture, an electronic, A/C unit, internet, or other utility that may not be in perfect working condition. Please contact us immediately about any issues and we will try and resolve them as quickly as possible. :)
