This property DOES NOT allow groups under 25 years of age, events, parties, photo shoots/production shoots or large gatherings of any kind. This property is located in a quiet residential area and the noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.
Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.
PARKING: Parking is ONLY permitted inside driveway. The driveway can accommodate Parking for 3-4 vehicles max. There is NO STREET PARKING, NO parking over sidewalk & NO PARKING ON TURF/LANDSCAPING.
—Trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances.

ABOUT THE HOME:
No expense was spared on this spectacular property. Casa Cascada is a 13,000 SqFt gated estate, just an 8-minute walk to Fort Lauderdale Jetties Beach. Designed as a luxury private resort, it comfortably accommodates large groups (see bed details below). Families with young children will appreciate pool and spa baby-proof fencing, plus a secure front gate so kids can safely play while you relax by the oversized 3–10 ft heated swimming pool, drink in hand.

Below are compliance statements that the City of Fort Lauderdale requires for all Vacation Rental Properties:
1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.
3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.
4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

● Absolutely no parking on landscaping or turf.
● Guests can walk or bike to nearby attractions: Las Olas Boulevard is approximately a 10-minute walk, offering pubs, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. Golf cart transportation is provided by the City of Fort Lauderdale via Circuit.
