For those craving activity, the estate offers a private, full-sized sunken tennis court (with pickleball lines) designed to the same specifications as the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. There’s also a poolside bar palapa with cushioned seating for ultimate outdoor enjoyment.

Upon entry, you are greeted by a grand foyer with marbled tile flooring and skylights illuminating the soaring ceilings. The sunken formal living room, with dark hardwood floors and wood-beamed ceilings, creates a stunning setting. Relax by the fireplace, enjoy the sunken bar, or take in the spectacular views through sliding glass doors.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with granite countertops, four kitchen islands, four refrigerators, two cooktops, four ovens, and two dishwashers - perfect for preparing meals for large gatherings or a private chef experience. The informal dining area offers seating for 8, complemented by a spacious sitting area with five HDTVs and a sectional sofa for casual entertainment.
For those seeking an intimate, upscale dining experience, the formal dining room has seating for 10. Just off the dining area is the butler’s pantry for added convenience. A spiral staircase leads to the hidden wine cellar, complete with mirrored walls, a built-in bar, and cozy seating.
The game room offers a Vegas-inspired ambiance with mirrored ceilings, black marble floors, and standard and Carom billiards tables. Bedroom Suites: The Delgado Estate offers unparalleled accommodations, with 15 luxurious suites spread across two wings and detached guest casitas.
West Wing: Featuring 8 private guest suites, each with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Seven of the suites are separated by private living areas with a sitting area and bar for added privacy. One suite includes a Queen bed, and another has two Queen beds.
East Wing: The Primary suite, a lavish retreat, features a king-sized bed on a tiered platform, wood-beamed ceilings, and a private sitting area. The en-suite bathroom includes marble countertops, dual sinks, a large soaking tub, a tiled shower, and a walk-in closet. Adjacent to the suite is a private massage room with a sauna, bathroom and two massage tables. Your in-house massage is just a concierge call away! The four additional suites in the East Wing all offer king-sized beds and private en-suite bathrooms.
Detached Casitas: Two guest casitas, set apart from the main house, provide ultimate privacy. Each casita features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchenette, a bar, and a private living room. The guest casitas have a private patio overlooking the tennis court.

Other Amenities: Full size gym with treadmill, elliptical, weight rack as well as free weights. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of soaps in each bathroom. Wireless internet. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. This property also features an underground garage with parking for 15 vehicles.
