Spacious on the Ground Floor
Very nice apartment, spacious (100 m2), comfortable and full of character, very well equipped with three bedrooms for up to 6 people, designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Located on the ground floor of a Franche-Comté house, facing south-west, in the village of Métabief, easy access and parking in the parking lot in front of the building. Close to all amenities and shops.
The ski slopes are about 800 meters away, a free shuttle during school periods stops in the car park to take you to the start of the resort.
Gîte offering very nice amenities with neat decoration and character in the mountain style, televisions in all rooms (bedrooms and living rooms), very well equipped with household appliances, children's games and board games. Everything is done to guarantee you the best of stays.
Composed of an entrance hall in which ski equipment and bicycles can be stored.
The integrated and modern kitchen is very well equipped with sink, multifunction oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Crockery, pots and small household appliances in number (raclette set, fondue, pierrade, party pancakes, Nespresso machine, kettle, filter coffee maker, mixer, electric whisk, culinary scale, vegetable mill, etc. open to the dining area equipped with a television and large table with extensions.
The large living room separated from the dining area is made up of a corner sofa, armchair, pouf, coffee table, LED flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, board games, games for children, books.
There are three bedrooms all equipped with a television distributed as follows:
A large bedroom with a 160 X 200 double bed with 80 cm flat screen LED TV and
two bedrooms with two 90 x 200 beds and led tv each.
BED AND BATH LINEN INCLUDED. The bedding is of Treca brand quality with duvets, double pillows.
All rooms have a wardrobe or wardrobe
The fully tiled and earthenware bathroom has a washbasin, walk-in shower, bathtub and heated towel rail, wall-mounted hair dryer with international plug.
The toilets are independent.
A cellar is also at your disposal with a Bosch washing machine and dryer, Miele vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dryer.
