Nestled in the quiet residential neighborhood of Desert Park Estates, you’ll be just 2 miles from the famed Palm Canyon Drive and the mod mecca of the Uptown Design District. This scenic property sets on a lush ¼ acre lot with masonry walls, gates and hedges to ensure maximum privacy and tranquility. The eclectic decor includes Scandinavian furniture, chic club chairs, chrome and glass accents, wood feature wall, bold patterned rugs, nostalgic artwork & whimsical vintage accessories. The cool white walls and gleaming porcelain tile floors provide a soothing backdrop to the bold pops of color in peacock blue, lime green and tangerine. MAIN INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Ideally suited for relaxing and entertaining, the open concept floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and lounging areas while flowing smoothly to the private outdoor oasis. The expansive floor-to-ceiling walls of glass windows and sliding doors extend the entire length of the living area, filling the space with generous natural light to take advantage of the abundant Palm Springs sun and beautiful mountain vistas. Kick back and watch a movie on the 65” smart TV from the deep-seated cushioned sectional sofa. Gather in the hip swivel club chairs sipping trendy cocktails mixed from the bar. The comfortably casual atmosphere offers the warmth and welcome of a true home.
Your inner chef will enjoy whipping up tasty meals in this fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances including 5-burner Bertazzoni professional gas range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Fisher Paykel dishwasher, microwave, deep stainless steel sink, ample European style cabinets and large island with bar seating. There’s plenty of room for all of the chefs in this spacious kitchen outfitted with brand new pots, pans, dinnerware, barware and cooking utensils. Flooded with abundant natural light from the windows and glass doors, there is also sufficient task and overhead lighting. There's also a separate handy counter space for remote working or a bar. The adjacent modern dining area comfortably seats 8 with a glass dining table, white leather chairs and swanky crystal chandelier.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
Pamper yourself in one of the 3 luxurious bedrooms uniquely furnished and designed with comfort and tranquility in mind. Perfect for couples traveling together, all bedrooms have KING beds so no fighting over beds! All bedroom sanctuaries offer brand new hospitality-quality KING mattresses, ceiling fans, custom blackout shades, fine linens, large closets with custom closet systems, and smart TVs.
The elegant bathrooms offer spacious walk-in showers with floor to ceiling custom glass tile, rain and handheld shower heads, floating vanities, white porcelain sinks, quartz counters, modern fixtures and plush towels. The ensuite primary bath has direct access to the backyard.
OUTDOORS LIVING SPACES
The highlight of this property is the resort-style outdoor retreat allowing you to experience the magnificent desert climate and spectacular mountain views. Lovely desert gardens abound every inch of the grounds filled with cacti, towering palm trees, ficus hedges, citrus trees, rock gardens, desert flora, lush green lawn and many varieties of succulent plants. The completely private and meticulously maintained grounds are walled and gated to provide the utmost seclusion and safety for your guests, children or furry friends.
The centerpiece of this outdoor playground is the 35 ft. sparkling pool (heating optional) perfect for swimming laps or floating aimlessly. It’s the perfect spot to capture the breathtaking western views of Mount San Jacinto, soaring 10,000 feet above the desert floor. There are plenty of sleek modern chaise lounges to enjoy a full day of PS sunshine from the west-facing patio. If shade is what you crave, hang out or nap under the cover of an umbrella in the deep cushioned seating area with rockers and glider. Assemble the entire group for a meal on the outdoor dining table that seats up to 8 under the covered breezeway overlooking the pool. At sunset, enjoy cocktails and conversation gathered around the natural gas fire pit under the canopy of twinkling desert stars. There’s also a natural gas BBQ, outdoor shower and pool floats to complete the perfect outdoor experience.
AMENITIES
For our guests added convenience we offer a full size LG washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry closet beside the kitchen, 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, HD smart TVs, living room surround sound system, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada and estate disposal service. All high quality linens, bath and pool towels are provided too. Optional luxury services are available upon request, including mid-stay cleaning, private chef, poolside massage and pre-arrival grocery stocking.
OPTIONAL FEES
For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.

This property is just a short drive or bike ride to Palm Canyon Drive and the Uptown Design District, which boasts upscale restaurants, designer boutiques, vintage furniture shops, hipster coffee cafes, cocktail lounges and art galleries. You’ll be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including hiking, biking, horseback riding, day spas, golfing, tennis, gambling, architectural tours, cabarets, live theatre and riding the PS Arial Tramway.
Check out the local Paul Bar in the neighborhood. Don’t miss nearby Escena Golf Club a popular public course with even more popular clubhouse and fantastic panoramic mountain views. You are close to the recently renovated Margaritaville Resort, The Arrive and 1501 Uptown Gastropub where you can grab a burger or cocktail. Boozehounds is another great spot for you and your furry friend to grab a bite. Just a few blocks away are Albertsons and Stater Brothers grocery stores, Walgreens and World Gym. Other activities to note include the Thursday night downtown Village Fest, weekly farmer’s market and nearby PS Air Museum.
International guests will find Palm Springs to be an ideal "home base" for daytrip excursions to Southern California. Enjoy nearby Joshua Tree National Monument (an extraordinary national park set in the desert) and other attractions within a two-hour drive including Disneyland (Anaheim), Sea World (San Diego), Universal Studios (LA) as well as wineries and breweries in Temecula.
