Conveniently located on the south side of Cochrane, this stunning, pet-friendly mountain townhome is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Cochrane is a vibrant community with wonderful cultural, shopping, dining and adventure experiences, making this an optimal location for everyone! Plus, it`s just a short drive to explore Calgary, Canmore and Banff. The Rocky Mountains await you here at Fireside Vista.
HIGHLIGHTS OF FIRESIDE VISTA
This townhome is brand new! We have set it up to sleep 6 comfortably and offers plenty of space for the family (and their pets) to spread out or gather together and make lasting memories. You’ll have unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi, along with premium cable so you can keep up with your favourite teams.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with a dedicated workstation
Bedroom #2: Two (x2) Double beds and a TV
BATHROOMS
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.
Bathroom #1: Full bath with a shower/tub combo
KITCHEN
This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.
Included Supplies:
- Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- BBQ tongs
- Complete set of knives
- Coffee maker
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.
Included Consumables:
- Coffee, tea and sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup, mustard, and relish
- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.
LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
PARKING
You`ll have access to one (1) dedicated above-ground parking stall, with a limited number of visitor parking spaces available.
CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.
STAIRS
Please note that the unit has stairs right from the front entrance up to the main level, and more stairs up to the bedrooms; therefore, this may not be the right space for those with mobility issues.
AIR-CONDITIONING
Please note that this unit is not equipped with conditioning, but there are three (3) portable fans available for use.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
