The house is a short walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars and only a 7 minute walk to the G line light rail station which will take you to Union Station in downtown Denver (20 minute ride) and then on to the airport if you take the A line (45 minute ride)

This pet-friendly vacation rental in Arvada can comfortably sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has air conditioning, internet, laundry room, television and a fenced yard for Fido to enjoy! Linens are provided. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 1 to 3 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 11 AM. Sound good?
