Nestled within a vast private plot in a serene rural setting, this house boasts a large outdoor area with artificial grass, a furnished terrace, and a porch surrounding a magnificent private chlorine pool, complemented by a barbecue perfect for alfresco dining. Designed in a functional Mallorcan style, the single-story home features an open-plan kitchen integrated with the living and dining area, capable of accommodating 10 people, and equipped with a gas stove.
