This house has an incredible location down by “La Lagartija” 5 mins from downtown Avandaro and 10 mins from Valle.

The Neighborhood:
Valle de Bravo is a town on Lake Avándaro, west of Mexico City. The lake, surrounded by wooded mountains, is a hub for water sports. The town's cobblestone streets are lined with well-preserved colonial buildings. In the center of the Plaza de la Independencia is the 17th-century Church of San Francisco de Asis. The Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve is the habitat of millions of migratory butterflies and is located north of the city.
The house is located in Avandaro, down the lake road. With a beautiful view of the lake.
Access to the nearest Marinas is 5 minutes away.
Getting Around:
The distances by car are very close. If you like to walk or ride a bike, it is ideal to get to Avándaro.
There are many horseback rides, highly recommended for families with children.
5 minutes from Avandaro and 10 minutes from Valle de Bravo.

PETS ARE ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, BUT NOT INSIDE. YOU MUST CLEAN UP ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES BRINGING THEM INSIDE THE HOUSE.
SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE OUTSIDE AREAS OF THE HOUSE AND TERRACES, NOT INDOORS.
NO PARTIES OR REUNIONS, THERE IS A CONDOMINIUM POLICY WHICH MUST BE RESPECTED.
In the case of more than 5 guests, a housekeeping person will be assigned to help with cleaning and whatever else you may need during your stay. She will be paid directly for each day. And she will stay on the floor during your stay.
The guest capacity is a maximum of 12 people, no additional guests are accepted.
On long weekends, holidays, and vacations the minimum stay is 3 nights.
