Dogs are allowed at Cottonwood Point Campground, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. They are allowed at tent sites, but not in the cabins. Description
Cottonwood Point Campground is located on Marion Reservoir just north of U.S. Highway 56. The campground has 94 individual sites, two group camping areas, and two group day use shelters with tables, grills, sun shelters, and electrical hookups. Other amenities include showers, dump station, playground, and beach. There is also a nature trail at the campground, where white-tailed deer, pelicans, raccoons, and various other waterfowl are often spotted.
