Long Point State Park Campground

Set on a remoate area of a peninsula facing Chaumont Bay on Lake Ontario, Long Point State Park features a campground with open, grass-covered sites. The campground is scattered with trees and includes a playground and picnic area. The park itself is almost completely surrounded by water, making it a great spot for boating or fishing. There is a protected harbor in the bay for boats, and breezes off the lake keep the park cool on hot summer days and almost mosquito-free. Both motorized and non-motor boats can be rented at the park, which also has a boat launch and dockage.
