Description
It's location right on the Yakima River, makes the Ellensburg KOA is a great base camp for fishing or rafting. You can rent a raft on-site or buy a fishing pole at the campground store, and shuttles for boaters/rafters are available for a fee. The campground is also convenient to Iron Horse State Park where you can hike the John Wayne Pioneer Trail with Fido. Ellensburg KOA features wooded sites, some of which are right on the river, and can accommodate rigs up to 70 feet. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV (for a fee), pool, propane and firewood (for a fee), fishing, group pavilion, and bike rentals.
