Description
You and your pet can absorb the beauty of Grand Canyon National Park's South Rim from a convenient base at Mather Campground. Though the sites do not include hookups, generator use is allowed for a few hours in the morning and the evening. The desert terrain is hard and rocky, which means you will probably want to use RV leveling equipment, and bring sleeping pads if camping in a tent. There are showers and laundry on site as well as flush toilets, fresh water, and a free dump station. There are even special sites for those who are arriving by foot or bicycle.
