Description
Lake Placid / Whiteface Mtn. KOA has 50 amp service available, and can accommodate rigs up to 75 feet in their pull-thru sites, but there are also tent sites, lean-tos, and Kabins that overlook the Ausable River, which is famous for trout fishing. Campground amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV (for a fee), canoe and kayak rentals, swimming pool, mini golf, playground, snack bar, propane and firewood (for a fee), Kamping Kitchen, fishing, and a group pavilion. There's even an Adirondack-style lodge with movies and a game room.
