Description
This picnic shelter is located on Lake Moomaw, which has two fishing docks, two boat ramps, a swimming beach with a bathhouse, and two reservable picnic shelters (including this one) on the Alleghany County side of the lake. Coles Point Picnic Shelter #2 is basically the same as #1, but it has a hiking trail that leads to a small fishing dock and provides access to bank fishing along the shore of Lake Moomaw.
