Description
Bar Harbor KOA is located on 3,500 feet of Atlantic shoreline at the entrance to Acadia National Park. The campground has fantastic waterfront sites on its own private, rocky beach, but the woodland sites are nice too if you'd prefer to be closer to the swimming pool than the ocean. Regular shuttle service allows campers to enjoy all the amenities of the the local area, including whale watching, kayaking, and even just eating some lobster and blueberry pie in town. The campground has 50 amp service, and can accommodate rigs up to 60 feet. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, propane and firewood (for a fee), fishing, and bike rentals.
