They are a no frills park offering clean, quiet, safe facilities, and friendly hospitality at an affordable price. Guest amenities include 50 full hook-up sites, sewer/water/garbage, free WiFi, free 50+ cable TV, fax service--sending and receiving, clean and remodeled restrooms/showers, laundry facility, within walking distance to restaurants and convenience store, pet areas (we are pet friendly), and gorgeous views of Mount Shasta.
