Secluded location on 3+ acres; 400+ feet of wide private beach on the Rappahannock River; Huge porch with fantastic riverfront view; Porch swing/futon; Mini-fridge on porch; 2 kayaks; 1 canoe; Horseshoes; Large tree swing; Rustic cottage built in 1930s with local lumber (real wood walls - no drywall or paneling) ; Outdoor shower with foot wash; Blackberry & Blueberry patches (Mid-June-Mid August) ; Small orchard with apples, peaches, cherries, pears, and apricots (varies with season) ; Bird watching (Bald Eagles, Osprey, Owls, Geese, Ducks) ; Dolphin watching (mid-summer) ; Centrally located near the towns of White Stone (7 miles), Urbanna (9 miles), Irvington (9 miles), Kilmarnock (11 miles), and Deltaville (11 miles).
