Our house has postcard seascape views from both porches and every room in the house. Our guests enjoy beach privileges and swimming in the Cove a 100 ft walk from the porch and at nearby Squam Rock Beach, a short walk down charming and quiet residential roadways. Within walking and biking distance is Annisquam Village center, settled in 1637. You will spend countless hours overlooking Ipswich Bay from our large west-facing covered porch, enjoying the sunsets over the water.
