This is a brand new home and is perfectly situated 50' off of the beautiful Sturgeon River and walking distance to Trail #7 of the infamous Rails-to-Trails mountain biking and snowmobiling trails. There's nothing like this 4 bedroom (plus loft),3 bathroom home in Indian River so close to everything, including: 20 min. from all the Gaylord golf courses, Bay Harbor Golf Club, Boyne Highlands, Little Traverse Bay Golf, Black Lake Golf Club, and Crooked Tree Golf Club. 20 min. from Mackinaw City. 20 min. from Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and the Odawa Casino. 5 min. from the Inland Waterways for boating and jet skiing.
