Three theme parks are located at the hotels doorstep. A monorail train travelling around Overseas China Town linking together the 3 theme parks run right past the Seaview Gleetour Hotel Shenzhen. A large part of the Seaview Gleetour Hotel Shenzhen including guest rooms restaurants bar function rooms and lobby were fully refurbished in 2003 and 2004. A Food Street selling a large variety of local dishes is located adjacent to the hotel.
