Step into luxury with plush blue tufted sofas, a charming decorative fireplace, and elegant stained glass windows that add a touch of sophistication to the space. Stay cool and comfortable with the ceiling fan while enjoying entertainment on the Smart TV. There's a separate seating area with two cozy wingback chairs for intimate conversations, perfect for quality time with loved ones. Plus, keep the little ones entertained with various toys and games.
Prepare delicious meals in the stylish and modern kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and sleek granite countertops. The tile backsplash adds a contemporary flair, while complimentary coffee pods and condiments ensure you can always enjoy a hot beverage. With a spacious pantry for storage, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. Our tasteful decor adds a cozy touch to the space, making you feel right at home. Entertain guests in the formal dining room, adorned with a stylish area rug and warm wood floors for a touch of luxury. The unique chandelier adds an elegant finishing touch to this inviting space. A high chair is provided for convenience for families with little ones, ensuring everyone feels welcome and comfortable throughout their stay.
The beautiful glass breakfast table in a separate space can accommodate up to four people and is perfect for morning coffee and bagels. The natural light from the two windows in the room creates a warm and inviting ambiance, while the accent clock in coordinating colors adds a touch of class. The home's second level offers all four bedrooms and a shared full bath with a farmhouse sink and tiled tub/shower. We also provide a full-size washer and dryer, WiFi, and cable TV.

THE LOCATION
Plenty keeps you busy in the St. Louis Area, whether you are in town for family or friends. This St. Louis home is in a prime location just minutes from all the best attractions! If you're traveling with kids, be sure to check out The City Museum. It's not quite what you would expect from a “museum” per se. The City Museum has been voted a must-see destination in St. Louis.
Let's not forget our most famous attraction here in The Gateway to the West. You will be a 9-minute drive to St. Louis Arch and downtown. Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues, are both within a 10-minute drive from this home. Be sure to catch a game because St. Louis has some awesome sports fans! Maybe you're looking for a romantic night out? Be sure to check out The Hill for great Italian food or head over to the Central West End for live music and cocktails at Scarlett's Wine Bar.
Lastly, Forest Park has a little bit of everything for the outdoorsy person! Dine at the boathouse, rent paddleboards, get a tee time at The Forest Park Golf Course, and see some animals at the Saint Louis Zoo! This is the largest city park in the country (yes, it's larger than Central Park in NYC), so there is plenty to explore.
PET FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

- Pack and Play and high chair for those traveling with children
- Washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board
- Toilet paper and paper towels
- Shampoo, hairdryer, make-up wipes
- Dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid
LOCAL BOOKING POLICY
To ensure the best experience for all our guests and maintain the integrity of our home, we do not allow reservations from guests who reside locally (within the same city or surrounding area as the property). This policy has been implemented due to an overwhelming amount of local bookings, unexpected birthday parties, gatherings, and a large number of unconfirmed guests in our properties. To prevent further incidents, we are enforcing stricter screening for local reservations. If you are a local resident looking to book for a special circumstance, please reach out before booking. Unapproved local reservations are subject to cancellation.
